Minus 1 Degree Celsius in Johannesburg

Belief it or not: Tonight we were transported by some aliens to another world... There is no other explanation for what I have seen this morning when I left my hotel room in Johannesburg.

Yesterday, we had a really nice day with around 15 degrees air temperature. This morning, I went straight back into my hotel room to get my scarf. I couldn't believe what I saw but it was ... SNOW. Real snow on the roofs of the cars and of the houses around. I don't think we are still in South Africa... but if we are, winter definitely arrived now!

But on the other hand: The forecast for tomorrow in Cape Town is 19 degrees :-) Sounds like weather for surfing, doesn't it??
